The Picture Perfect Bride

1. let a makeup artist do the magic.just do it. they’re the pros, remember?
there’s a reason for that.

2. consider waterproof makeup. after all, it’s an emotional day and you might just shed a tear or two.

3. relax. take a break between shots. rest your cheek muscles and try smiling with just your eyes.

4. pose. stand straight, lift your chin, stand at a 45 degree angle to the camera; go ahead, create the illusion of 15
pounds lighter. you know you want to!

5. practice: stand in front of the mirror and practice your casting call pose for America’s Next Top Model. better yet,
schedule engagement pictures with your photographer.

6. create a shot list for your photographer before the big day. then, when you’re in your dress and laughing with your friends and loving your man, you won’t
be trying to remember about the picture Great Aunt Mildred wants with you.

7. be comfortable with your photographer. you’ll be spending 4 – 8 of the most pivotal hours of your life with this person, so make sure you actually like the one
with the camera.

I love love. And that’s why I love weddings. And – most of all – I love taking photos of both. Email me or call (336-793-6622) so I can answer all your questions.
