Wedding at American Creek Lodge
A wedding at American Creek Lodge means an instant “wow” factor. As evidenced by the gasps of awe and joy from Travis & Kyla’s guests as they rounded the corner of the Lodge and saw the beautiful ceremony location and epic views. (Sometimes, I wonder if I overuse the word “epic” but in this case it absolutely applies. Don’t you think?)
With mountains across the valley, a river wafting between the ridgelines, and the occasional eagle sighting, a wedding at American Creek Lodge is everything you’d want for a Fraser Valley wedding venue. Seriously. So gorgeous.
Kyla and Travis have been planning their wedding for over a year so the victory was that much sweeter when they (finally!) said “I do!”
And this signing of the registry miiiight be my favourite one ever. Cuddling AND making it official? Brilliant.
After their wedding at American Creek Lodge, the bridal party hit the road for a little adventure. I mean, the lodge has epic views and beautiful photo ops but Kyla and Travis took it up a notch to add a second bit of beauty to their day. And dude. Such a perfect spot!
Aren’t they adorable?! I loved watching Kyla laugh…and Travis loves to make her laugh, so it was a perfect day all around. <3

American Creek Lodge is obviously a beautiful venue but Kyla and Travis took it up a notch or two with their attention to detail, elegant decor, and fabulous food. Seriously. They poured so much love and work into making this a day to remember and a beautiful party for their friends.
You’ll have to watch the video slideshow (below) to see how hard we worked to get Kyla out to the rock photo op without walking on the freshly landscaped area. She made it look effortless but I’m impressed with what Kyla can do in a dress…I’m not sure I could have been so agile!
