Estate 248 Autumn Wedding
Planning an autumn wedding in British Columbia is the truest definition of “big risk for big reward.” Rain? Probable. Gorgeous colors? Guaranteed.
I find the beauty of the autumn colours make it all worthwhile (hellooo gorgeous photo backdrop!) even though the ever-present threat of rain is a sometimes stressful gamble. However, if you’re going to make the gamble, planning an Estate 248 autumn wedding is the way to go!
I’ve long dreamed of photographing at Estate 248 and the experience was everything I imagined it would be – abundant pockets of beautiful photo-ops, a uniquely gorgeous ceremony location, and a fantastic mix of rustic with elegant.
We watched the forecast obsessively, and then lived out the best possible scenario: it rained during the ceremony, stopped raining for the portrait session, and then we witnessed a beautiful sunset from the reception!
I am so honoured to have been chosen as Cheyenne & Tristan’s wedding photographer for their Estate 248 autumn wedding and I am so excited to share the beautiful photos we created on this beautiful autumn day.
