Snowy Grouse Mountain Engagement Photos

When Josh & Sara chose snowy Grouse Mountain Engagement Photos, I’m not sure any of us could have predicted the immense level of … [cough] …. dedication required to look so beautiful on such a blizzardy day. Yes, that’s right: the snow was coming in heavy and didn’t stop during our entire time together. BUT betcha can’t even tell how frigid cold it is, can you? These two were TROOPERS and absolutely rocked their Grouse Mountain adventure.

Seeing how fantastic they were together on a mountaintop in the snow, I am left marveling at how lucky I am to get to work with such fantastic adventurers and adorable couples.  It takes a certain amount of sacrifice to be willing to snuggle up with someone who is caked in snow…but these two did it happily. <3

SEE? SO MUCH SNOW!!

I love Grouse Mountain engagement photos for SO MANY reasons; one of the best parts, though, is how it can be raining at the base of the mountain but then it turns into snow halfway through the eight minute gondola ride to the top of the mountain!

Aren’t they adorable?!

Oh man. Seeing how much they love being with one another makes me so excited for their wedding this spring and all the (warm!) adventures we will have together then.

Sara, my goodness. You’re gorrrgggeous!

After warming up in the Lodge for a while, we braved the cold once again as dusk fell over the mountain and embraced the eery magic of snow + lightwalk + twilight.

A gust of wind blew a branch of snow all over them. Can you see the cloud of snow?
